During my stay, the staff was exceptional. Anesia at the front desk was remarkably helpful and attentive to my needs. the location was prime, and the room was comfortable and soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Couldn’t fault. Inadequate cleanliness, facilities, and hidden fees detracted from the overall experience.

Our room was comfy and impressive with sofa as well as in good repair.

We would return to Extended Stay America Suites in Raleigh - Midtown because it was a fine stay on vacation. the location is good and stunning, being relatively near the Track Family Fun Parks. Additionally, it is conveniently close to shops, local restaurants, stores, food areas.

The room was clean.

The room was very small and the kitchenette had No counter space. You have to ask for everything you need. There is not even an extra roll of toilet paper. Many of the amenities that were listed on your website and others were not there. No grills were there. Breakfast was a very small amount of single granola bars, coffee, some apples, and hot waterwater for instant grits or oatmeal. not my idea of even a continental breakfast.

Fairly clean pet-friendly hotel with courteous staff. Location not far from downtown, shopping, restaurants and main highways, northeast Raleigh and stores and restaurants. Also, in the RTP area👍

Needed dishes.

The staff here were all so friendly and nice, making us feel welcomed 😊. the location was great, being really close to northeast of the city with lots of shops and local restaurants nearby.

Hotel would be ok if you are a smoker. To get to our 'non-smoking' room, the elevator takes you to the 'smoking' side of the floor. The corridors reeked of smoke. There was a part accross the hall that went to after midnight and the noise from the hallway woke me from a sound sleep and the smoke smell was terrible. We would have left after the first night except for the full price cancellation fee ( pay for all six nights)

I had a terrible experience staff was horrible and unprofessional.and didn't have the room available accessible to my needs
